This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Effective Date] by and between [Your Company Name], a [Your Company's Legal Structure and Location], hereinafter referred to as "Company," and [Affiliate Name], a resident of [Affiliate's Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Affiliate."

WHEREAS, Company is the owner and provider of the "14-Day Influencer Challenge," a digital marketing course designed to empower individuals to become successful influencers through effective social media strategies.

WHEREAS, Affiliate is interested in promoting and marketing the "14-Day Influencer Challenge" and earning commissions based on successful referrals.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1.1 Company hereby appoints Affiliate as a non-exclusive affiliate to promote and market the "14-Day Influencer Challenge" through various marketing channels.

1.2 Affiliate accepts the appointment and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2.1 Affiliate shall use best efforts to promote and market the "14-Day Influencer Challenge" to potential customers.

2.2 Affiliate shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices when promoting the "14-Day Influencer Challenge."

3.1 Company shall provide Affiliate with a unique affiliate link that will track referrals and sales generated by Affiliate's marketing efforts.

3.2 Affiliate shall ensure that the affiliate link is properly used in all marketing materials, including but not limited to websites, social media posts, emails, and advertisements.

4.1 For every successful referral who enrolls in the "14-Day Influencer Challenge" through Affiliate's unique affiliate link, Affiliate shall be entitled to a commission of $100 per sale.

4.2 Commissions will be paid to Affiliate on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold of $100.00 is met.

5.1 Company shall implement a cookie tracking system that maintains a tracking period of 30 days. This means that if a lead clicks on Affiliate's affiliate link and purchases the "14-Day Influencer Challenge" within 30 days of the initial click, the sale will be credited to Affiliate, and the corresponding commission shall be paid.

6.1 Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual property rights related to the "14-Day Influencer Challenge," including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary materials, belong solely to Company.

6.2 Affiliate shall not use any of Company's intellectual property, including the course name, logo, or marketing materials, without prior written consent from Company.

7.1 Affiliate shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while promoting the "14-Day Influencer Challenge."

8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.

8.2 In the event of termination, Affiliate shall be entitled to receive unpaid commissions earned up to the date of termination.

9.1 Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 2212 Vardin Place, Naples, Florida, 34120.

10.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in 2212 Vardin Place, Naples, Florida, 34120.
